Is Espira free?

Yes. Espira is free to download with core breathing patterns, history and badges. Espira Pro is an optional one-time purchase (no subscription) that unlocks every pattern, custom breathing, full history and Pro badges.

How do I restore my purchase?

Open Espira, go to the paywall and tap Restore. Your Pro unlock is tied to your Apple ID, so it restores on any of your devices.

Does Espira need an account?

No account, no sign-up. Your sessions, streaks and settings are stored locally on your device.

Is Espira a medical device?

No. Espira offers general wellness and breathing guidance and is not a medical device. If you feel unwell, dizzy, or have a heart, blood-pressure, respiratory or seizure condition, consult a doctor before practicing intense techniques, and never practice while driving or in water.

How do I change the language?

Espira follows your device language automatically and supports 27 languages. You can also pick a language in Settings → Language.
