Practice at your own pace, stop if you feel unwell or dizzy, and consult a healthcare professional if you have any medical condition. Never practice breathing exercises while driving or in water.
Espira is free to download. Espira Pro is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase with no subscription. Purchases are handled by Apple and subject to the App Store terms.
You agree not to misuse the app or attempt to disrupt its operation. The app is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated terms.
